Pellet machine

The line for the production of pellets consists of several parts shown in picture number 1.
The basis consists of a crusher, a dryer, a machine for the production of pellets and a packer.
We offer lines with capacities from 100 kg/h to 5 tons /h.
Three-phase and/or diesel engine.

Basics of pellet production

Pellets can be produced from different input organic materials (wood, straw, reed...). At the entrance to the line, this material is inserted and combined into a solid pellet as a finished product.
There are 4 main parts within the line: A crusher that serves the needs of pulverizing the incoming material. Depending on the type of input material, a complete line is purchased.
The second part of the line is the dryer. The moisture content of the input material (sawdust) should be controlled in order to obtain the desired product. If the input material is too dry, it will happen that the machine does not come out of pellets but powder, so it must be re-inserted into the machine. If the input material is too wet, the pellet will be of lower quality.
The third part is a machine for the production of pellets with knives that compress the input material into pellets of the desired size as a finished product.
The fourth part of the pellet line is a packer for packing pellets into bags. There are pellet lines of various capacities from 100kg/h to large industrial 20t/h.
