Ensure product quality with our inspections

1. Pre-production inspection

This inspection is done before production begins and checks that materials, components, colors, packaging and specifications are correct.

This is an important inspection to ensure that everything is correct before starting the implementation, to recognize possible errors that cannot be eliminated after the production has started.

Our inspectors check each component for the required specifications and will log any items they deem unsatisfactory.

The inspection includes the following:

  • Product components and colors
  • Specifications and dimensions
  • Branding and Marking
  • Packaging and labels

This inspection is performed according to AQL standards.


2. Inspection during production

This inspection is carried out after the production has started and in order to check the production process as well as product testing.

Our inspectors will randomly check product samples for testing and ensure that the correct manufacturing process and quality standards are followed.

The inspection will also include a review of the production line to ensure that the correct methods are used at each stage and also include the final appearance of the packaging.

The inspection includes the following:

  • View of finished product
  • Functionality test
  • Marking and branding
  • Packaging and cardboard labels

This inspection is performed according to AQL standards.


3. Pre-Shipment Inspection

This inspection is done when all production is finished and at least 80% is packed to check quality, total product quantity, packaging, cartoning, shipping labels and documentation.

This inspection is vital to ensure everything is correct before final payment is made and dispatch is made.

Our inspectors randomly select products from each carton and fully test the product, as well as ensure that all specifications are met correctly.

The inspection includes the following:

  • View of finished product
  • Carton packaging and individual packaging
  • Cartons and cardboard labels
  • Certificates, certificates and documents

This inspection is performed according to AQL standards.

4. Container loading inspection

This inspection includes safe and correct loading procedures, the quantity of boxes, as well as packing lists and commercial invoices.

This inspection is designed to ensure that the goods, when they arrive at their destination, will be correctly assembled and packaged.

Our inspectors will ensure a clean and dry container before any loading. They will ensure that all cartons and boxes are properly and securely taped and that the correct loading sequence is followed.

This inspection covers the preparation and loading of containers including:

  • Container preparation
  • Carton labels and loading security
  • Filling and order of loading boxes
  • Checking of final documents

This inspection also checks the quantity of the shipment to ensure that the correct size container is used and that the shipment can be stacked completely and without deformation of the boxes or packaging.


5. Product testing and testing, certificates

Product testing is vital to ensure that the product meets the required requirements and directives.

We select and arrange the samples to be tested from the actual production batch to ensure that the product being tested corresponds to your order.

Examinations are done at your request and may include the following tests:

  • CE testing and certification
  • RoHS testing and certification
  • FDA testing and certification
  • WEEE and MSDS reports

The customer may request any standard tests or certificates not listed above.


6. Laboratory testing

Laboratory testing is performed at the customer's request and may include all necessary tests.

We use accredited and authorized laboratories to perform and confirm the necessary tests.
