It was founded in October 2001 and was officially put into operation on October 22, 2002. It covers 420,000m2 with a building of 340,000m2 whose total investment was 700,000,000 yuan. It features more than 10,000 stands with a total of over 10,500 vendors. International Trade Mart District 1 is divided into five main business areas: market, producer outlet center, shopping center, warehouse and hospitality center. Artificial flowers and toys are on the first floor, jewelry on the second floor, arts and crafts on the third floor. The outlet center is located on the fourth floor and on the fifth side of the trading company.
