Why do I need the services of an agent?

- A professional agent knows how to control production quality and significantly minimize your business risks! All in all, we help, not compete with factories to win customers.
- Many factories do not trade directly with customers, they are represented by agents.
- Many factories have their own export departments, however if you have been in this business for a long time, you will notice that hiring a professional export agent is much more efficient than working directly with the factories.
- When you try to find a product, you are aware that it can be produced by many factories. Instead of contacting them one by one for days, weeks and even months, you can use a professional agent to make and present you with the right choice at once!
Why do I need you when I have Alibaba?
- Alibaba is the world's largest site where you can directly contact the seller and negotiate a deal, however Alibaba has two versions in English and in Chinese. According to Alibaba data from 2013 Alibaba_overview_jan2013.pdf Chinese version is much bigger or in numbers Alibaba.com has 37.7 million registered users and over 2.8 million sellers, while Alibaba in Chinese has 77.7 million registered users and over 8.5 million suppliers and sellers! Where do you think there is more competition and who has better prices? However, you cannot contact sellers who are registered only on the Chinese version of the site, as they only speak Chinese.
- In order to export goods, Chinese companies must have an export license or resell their goods to appropriate dealers who will distribute them worldwide. The license itself is not cheap and implies that the company has at least one employee with the appropriate profession. We contact the manufacturers directly, avoid the middleman and secure the export license. Many smaller companies do not have this license and leave this obligation to agents, because they are the ones who know the legal regulations surrounding the export of goods. These companies are Trading Companies and they are mostly on the English version of Alibaba.
- Probably the most important of all is the security of the contracted work. In the period since our site has been operating, we have received numerous letters that you have been deceived by Chinese companies with whom you tried to do business independently. We cannot help you after fraud.
Ok, I need an agent from China, but why should I choose you?
Most sourcing companies just open Alibaba.com and give you 2-3 quotes, or worse, they'll just contact a supplier they've worked with before. Our way of working is different. If I want an offer from a factory in China, what information do I need to give you?
The more we know about your desired product (dimensions, material, special requirements, characteristics, color, etc.), the more accurately and quickly we will find the manufacturer, that is, the appropriate factory. Ideally, a 3D product file, along with material specifications and estimated quantities, would be very helpful.
Do you only make some products or products from only a few niches?
No. Our services relate to absolutely any product category, and the scheme for finding the perfect manufacturer is applicable to any type of product. We heard that agents get commissions from factories, how about that?
We don't know how others do it, we don't do it, otherwise we would fail as a company. We never take any commissions from factories, we work exclusively for you. Consider us a branch of your company in China. We perform a comprehensive search for each individual item based on your requirements. Let's be absolutely clear about this: We work only on your behalf and in accordance with your best interests, not the interests of the factories.
How do you choose/recommend a factory?
We base our recommendations on a combination of several factors: how many factories match your specific requirements (product, minimum quantity, price, quality, certificates). We evaluate our impressions of communication with them, how accessible they are, whether they show competence, whether they have export experience, factory size, we evaluate their other customers (if they want to give us names), production time, condition of their factory facilities and general feeling during our interactions with them.
Will you negotiate the price of the product on my behalf?
Yes we can, why not. We work on your behalf to negotiate the price, sign the contract, check the quantity and quality, etc. But you must know that it is the quantity that affects the reduction of the price of the product per piece.
Do you have a minimum quantity and can I order smaller quantities of products?
Yes of course. We support our customers regardless of the size of your order. For some products, suppliers have their own minimum quantity (MOQ), and then our MOQ is based on theirs. However, the larger the quantity you order, the cheaper the price you can get per piece.
Do you provide shipping services?
Yes, of course, most clients want us to deliver the goods to them. We offer discounts on shipping to users of our services, but we can also get a good shipping price for you. We can suggest an appropriate shipping method based on the size and weight of your order.
What shipping services do you offer?
We offer sea shipping for full containers and bulk containers. We also offer air freight (a good choice for valuable but small quantities of products).
To send goods by sea, get to know 3 basic terms:
- EXW(Ex Works) Price of goods in the factory.
- FOB (Free on Board) Price of goods on board at the port of loading.
- CIF(Cost Insurance and Freight) Price of goods delivered to destination

Which goods can I order and in what quantity?
Ordering a larger quantity of goods can only be done by legal entities. As a natural person, you can order a maximum of one or two pieces of the same article or a machine, device, apparatus, machine that can be said to be for personal use. It is forbidden to send branded products, their copies and replicas in any form and quantity. Such a thing is strictly punishable and we do not do it.
When to create an order?
If, for example, you need to purchase 10,000 pens with your company's logo, please create an order on our website. If you found the goods on Alibaba.com or some other Chinese site, find out the prices there, then create a request for goods and ask us to try to find goods of the same quality but cheaper. If you have an idea of what you want to buy but you can't find that product, or you can't find it at competitive prices. Real product prices that they are not the ones you see on Alibaba, you will find out the real prices if you contact the seller, as they often put lower prices in order to attract customers.
