When we started working as an agent for China and when we created the first version of our website (period 2008-2010), we started from Alibaba and collected companies from Alibaba. We singled out companies that at that time were represented on Alibaba but also had their own website (as one of the indicators of the seriousness of the company). We sorted these companies according to Alibaba's current company categories. They are still on our website today in the menu of Chinese companies. Google has been warning us about problems with those links for years. We knew there were faulty ones, but no one wanted to check over 12,000 links and correct them. However, during this autumn we decided to clean them and we came to incredible conclusions.

Unfortunately, we do not write often, but if you follow us, you know that on our blog you are reading exclusive news, that is, news that you cannot find anywhere else. So we won't disappoint you this time either!
We started cleaning up the links in the area of Power Tools. Unfortunately, we deleted all the links at first. We were not aware that these data would be interesting for some statistical display.
That is why the category Electric tools has no statistics. And we only realized how interesting the statistics are when we saw how many invalid links there were.
Google protested against our site, but we didn't care, until we saw how many of these links lead to nothing, how many of them were with expired domains, but the biggest the problem is the links that lead to numerous betting shops or sites with pornographic content.

If you want to buy something from Alibaba and wonder if you should do it yourself? We present the facts to you, and you draw your own conclusions.

In the table you can see how that relationship looks in percentage terms, i.e. the percentage of companies that still exist for each category.

In the table you can see that the category with the largest number of companies that are still working today after 10 or more years are from the field of Chemicals with 56% and Energy with 55.71%.
The largest number of companies have disappeared in the field of Clothing. where only 21.67% work today and Footwear with 25.28% of the previously listed companies.
What do these statistics tell us? Firms from the field of heavy industries are still present in the largest number, while firms from the field of consumer industry come and disappear very quickly.
If you want to establish a lasting relationship with one of the suppliers in China, make sure you know who the company you are working with is. Will that company exist in 5 or 10 years?
Always keep in mind that you are not their best, biggest or most important customer. If your supplier from China does not have a constant demand for their products, if for any reason they fall into a crisis and they will disappear as a company regardless of the fact that you have contracts with them and regular purchases. And if your goods from China are late, it starts a whole series of chain problems, after all, you conclude that yourself. That's why we are always there for you, and if you need help buying or getting goods from China contact us.
We will be happy to help you.
